eBookingNepal Pvt. Ltd. operates a digital booking platform that connects travelers ("Guests") with hotels, resorts, homestays, service apartments, and other accommodation providers ("Partners"). We provide the technology, search, and payment system that makes booking easier, but the actual stay and hospitality services are the responsibility of the Partner.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make a booking.
- By using our Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Bookings & Payments
- When you make a booking through our Platform, you agree to pay the displayed price, including applicable taxes and fees.
- Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment systems (local and international gateways).
- A confirmed booking is a limited right to stay at the property, subject to the Partner's house rules and policies.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Each property has its own cancellation policy, which will be shown to you during the booking process.
- Refund eligibility depends on the Partner's cancellation rules and our Refund Policy.
- In the event of property cancellation or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), Guests may be eligible for a refund or rebooking support.
5. Guest Responsibilities
By booking with eBookingNepal, you agree to:
- Treat the property and staff with respect.
- Follow house rules, check-in/check-out times, and local laws.
- Be responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
- Supervise any minors traveling with you.
6. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their property (pricing, amenities, rules).
- Honoring confirmed bookings at the listed rate and conditions.
- Complying with local laws, permits, and tax requirements.
- Maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and service standards of their property.
7. Content & Reviews
- Guests may leave reviews after their stay; reviews must be honest, respectful, and not misleading.
- By posting reviews, photos, or other content on our Platform, you grant eBookingNepal a non-exclusive license to use and display them for service and marketing purposes.
8. Service Fees & Commissions
- eBookingNepal may charge service fees to Guests and/or commissions to Partners for using the Platform.
- All applicable fees are shown during the booking or listing process.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to our privacy practices.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- eBookingNepal acts as an intermediary between Guests and Partners. We do not own or manage properties.
- We are not responsible for issues such as service quality, safety, or disputes between Guests and Partners.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees or commissions paid to us in the 6 months prior to a claim.
11. Changes to Service
We may update or modify our Platform, services, or these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
