We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the E. Booking Nepal app, please follow the steps below.
How to submit your request
To ensure your security, account deletion requests must be sent from your registered email address.
Submit your request via:
[email protected]Please include the following details:
- Your registered mobile phone number
- Full name as per your profile
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Important Note
Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will permanently lose access to:
- Your loyalty points and rewards
- Complete booking history and receipts
- Saved preferences and saved travelers details
Our support team typically processes deletion requests within 3 to 5 business days. All data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
